Frozen Fruit Smoothie

  • ½ c. bananas (frozen or whole)
  • ½ c. peaches (frozen, whole or canned)
  • ½ c. strawberries (frozen or pitted whole strawberries)
  • 2 c. milk
  • ¼ c. frozen orange juice concentrate (the stuff in the can, not the juice)
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • Optional: yogurt

Put everything in a Cuisinart or mixer and blend until smooth. Makes about 4 cups.
