Bacon-Wrapped Jalapenos
- Jalapenos 2-3 inches in size
- Softened cream cheese
- Bacon sliced in thirds
- Peach slices
Slice or other fruit (optional)
Slice jalapenos in half length-wise. With a spoon, remove pulp and seeds (leave some seeds if you want it hot). Smear in cream cheese. Put peach slice or 2 on top. Wrap in 1/3 slice bacon. Stick toothpick through.
Bake 375 for 20 -25 mins. If bacon is not done, then put on the broiler for a few mins to finish.
