Jane’s Marmalade

  • 1 regular orange
  • 6 Seville oranges
  • 1 lemon

Day 1

Wash & slice fruit. Take seeds out. Run through Cuisinart (shredder). Add 1 ½ c. boiling water for each cup of fruit. Let stand overnight.

Day 2

Boil uncovered 1 to 1 ½ hr. Measure. Add an equal quantity of sugar. Boil until syrup gels, about 10-15 min., or until candy thermometer reaches 220° F.
