Leftover Turkey and Puffed Pastry
- 4 tbsp. butter
 - 4 tbsp. flour
 - 2 c. milk
 - 1 tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
 - 1 tbsp or more of tarragon
 - Optional: 1 c. frozen peas
 - chicken or turkey or seafood (whatever’s leftover or 1 – 1/ ½ c.)
 
Fry onion in butter. When translucent and soft add flour. Cook for about 1 min. Add milk, bouillon powder, tarragon, meat item, peas. Follow instructions for puffed pastry frozen patty shells on the package. When cooked pour turkey sauce over pastry (or pour on rice/noodles).
