White Sauce
- 2 tbsp. butter

- 2 tbsp flour

- 1 c. milk
Melt butter in small saucepan. Add flour. Mix. Add milk slowly and mix so sauce is not lumpy. Cook until thick. See “sole in white sauce” for a way to use this. To add flavouring add cream or cheese or curry or dill or lemon or mustard or chicken bouillon powder or salt/pepper.
