Mojito
- 6 – 8 mint leaves
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- ½ lime, cut into wedges
- 2 oz light rum
- 2 oz club soda
- lime wedge, for garnish
Place mint leaves, simple syrup, and lime wedges in the bottom of a Highball glass; muddle well. Fill glass with crushed ice. Add rum and club soda, stir briefly. Add the lime wedge.
