Frozen Fruit Smoothie
- ½ c. bananas (frozen or whole)
- ½ c. peaches (frozen, whole or canned)
- ½ c. strawberries (frozen or pitted whole strawberries)
- 2 c. milk
- ¼ c. frozen orange juice concentrate (the stuff in the can, not the juice)
- 2 tbsp. honey
- Optional: yogurt
Put everything in a Cuisinart or mixer and blend until smooth. Makes about 4 cups.
