Apple Sauce
Take 2 grated Macintosh apples, 2 tbsp sugar and 1/3 c. water. Simmer until it looks like apple sauce. - .

Dump into pot and boil until soft. Add more water if it is burning. Makes enough for about 4 pork chops.
