- 2Your c. butter
- 4post c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 c. blended oatmeal
- 24 oz. chocolate chips
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. sweet chocolate, grated
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 c. chopped nuts
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Measure oatmeal and blend to a fine powder. Cream butter in a separate bowl or Cuisinart and add both sugars. Add eggs & vanilla to butter/sugar mixture. Mix with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder & soda. Add chocolate chips, grated chocolate and nuts. Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 min. at 190 C (yes, C, not F as usual).
