- 2 c. sushi rice
- 2 1/4 c. water or according to sushi rice package instructions (last time used 3 c. water but it was a little mushy)
- ~ 5-6 tbsp. seasoning per 2 c. rice or according to instructions
Wash sushi rice, let sit, and cook in rice cooker. Mix in seasoning with rice paddle whilst fanning. Make sushi.
2 c. uncooked rice + 3 c. water makes 7 sushi rolls.
