Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
- 2 red peppers
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ c. chopped onions
- ½ c. cream
Roast peppers in oven at 450° until charred. Let cool in bowl with lid on it. Skin peppers. Fry onions and garlic in oil. Put in Cuisinart or mixer with red peppers. Add cream and salt.
