- 1 ½ c. flour - - 1 ½ tsp. baking powder - - 3/8 tsp. salt - - ¾ tbsp. sugar - - 2 eggs - - 4 tbsp. melted butter - - 1 ¼ c. milk To make waffle mix, first you are going to combine the dry ingredients, then the wet ingredients, then you will mix the two together. First, sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together (the dry ingredients). Then, separate the eggs and mix melted butter, milk and egg yolks. Combine egg yolk/butter/milk mixture with dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites & fold into egg/butter/milk/dry ingredients mixture. Pour batter into waffle maker.
