Hungarian Pork Goulash -L
- 1 lb cubed pork
 - 1 onion
 - 2 tbsp flour
 - ½ clove garlic
 - 1 tbsp paprika
 - ½ cup tomato juice
 - 2 tbsp margarine
 - 1 cup tomatoes, drained & chopped
 - ¼ lb mushrooms
 - ¼ c sour cream
 
Toss pork in bag with paprika and flour. In large skillet, melt margarine, add onion, garlic, then pork, tomato juice, tomatoes, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer ½ hour. (cook noodles separately) Stir in ¼ c sour cream. Heat and serve over noodles.
