Mary-Lyne’s Scones
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- ¼ c. butter
- 2 tbsp. white sugar
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- ½ c. milk
- Extra sugar to sprinkle on top
Cream butter. Add eggs. Add flour, baking powder, sugar and milk. Roll out ¾” thick and cut into 8 pieces. Sprinkle with extra sugar. Cook at 425° for 12 –15 min.
