Pizza (with instant yeast)
- 1 ½ c. flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour (or all purpose flour)
- 1 ½ tsp. salt
- 1 ½ tbsp. yeast
- 1 ½ c. water
- 3/8 c. vegetable oil
Set aside 1 c. flour. Mix flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Heat water and oil to 125° to 130°F. Stir into dry mixture. Mix in reserve flour. Knead 8-10 min and let rest 10 min. Cut dough in half and roll dough to fir 12” pizza pan. Sprinkle greased pan with cornmeal. Fit each piece of dough onto pan. Spread with sauce and toppings. Bake at 450° for 20 min.
