Spinach Pesto
- 2 heads spinach

- 2 tbsp oil

- 3 cloves garlic

- 1 tbsp. chicken bouillon powder

- 1/3 c. milk
Wash spinach. Snip off ends. Put oil in a pot and fry garlic. Add spinach. Cook until soft. Transfer everything to Cuisinart and grind it up. Add chicken bouillon powder and milk. Add more if seems too stiff. Serve with parmesan.
