Hard Boiled Eggs vs. Soft Boiled Eggs

Hard boiled eggs are boiled until the yolk is solid inside. They are used in egg salad sandwiches and deviled eggs. To make, simply boil for about 10 min. Soft boiled eggs still have a runny yolk inside, and are eaten alone for breakfast. To make, first prick egg with a needle so egg doesn’t explode, and boil with an egg timer or for about 4 ½ min.
