Mocha Cream (double recipe)
- ½ lb. sweet butter

- ½ c. icing sugar

- 2 oz. chocolate
-
- 1 tsp. instant coffee
-
- 2 egg yolks
Cream butter, blend with sugar. Melt chocolate, stir in yolks. Blend chocolate with icing. .
