Chocolate Chip Cookies.v2
Preheat over to 350° F. Place 3 c. of [Mom’s Mom’s Sneaky Everything Cookie Mix](/recipe/15) in in a bowl. Add ½ c. softened butter, 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla. Beat together for about 2 mins or until well mixed. Stir in 1 c. chocolate chips. Roll into 1-inch balls, flatten slightly and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake for 12 to 15 mins or until cookies golden brown at edges. Add flour, salt, soda and mix. Stir in chips and nuts by hand (if you use a Cuisinart or mixer you will break all the nuts). Roll dough into little balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° F. for 12 minutes.
