Bulgar Pilaf

  • a little oil
  • small onion or 1/2 onion (about 1/4 c. chopped)
  • garlic
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. bulgar
  • 2 c. chicken stock

Fry onion, celery garlic in oil. Add bulgar, coat with oil. Add chicken stock. Boil, then simmer 15 mins.
