Victoria's Warm Gooey Bananas
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2-4 bananas
- Handful of peanuts
- Handful of chocolate chips
- Whipped cream
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix in brown sugar and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Gradually stir in the sour cream and lower the heat to low, then cook for 1-2 minutes.
Halve the bananas crosswise and lengthwise, then place them cut side down in the pan. Add the peanuts and stir to coat everything in the sauce. Cook until the bananas are warm and tender.
Serve with chocolate chips and garnish with whipped cream.
