Microwaved Squash
        
        First cut squash in half (cut from top to bottom, not across the side) and scoop out seeds.  Then put in microwavable bowl with ¼ c. water in the bottom of the bowl. Microwave for 15 min skin side up. Then turn right side  up and sprinkle butter, brown sugar and nutmeg to taste. Poke holes in squash so butter can seep in and cook for  one more minute.
