Nicole's Chocolate Mousse
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 100 g. Daniel 55% baking chocolate (the large block chocolate bar)
Separate eggs. Add sugar to egg whites and beat very well until smooth.
Melt chocolate. Mix egg yolks into chocolate. Stir.
With a spatula, fold eggs whites into chocolate mixture slowly in 3 parts. Mix with the spatula until all the lumps are gone. When smooth, pour into 4 glasses and cool in fridge for 4 hours.
Makes 4 servings.
