Whiskey or Brandy Sauce
- 6 Tbl butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. whiskey or brandy
Melt butter. Whisk egg and sugar together. Whisk egg mixture into butter. Cook and stir on low heat until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in whiskey or brandy.
