Corn and Mustard Salsa
- 75 g. (3oz.) tinned sweet corn
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1 Tbl. chilantro chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp. wholegrain mustard
- 1 Tbl. honey
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Dry fry corn for 2-3 minutes until golden. Turn into bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Marinate for an hour.
