Corn and Mustard Salsa

  • 75 g. (3oz.) tinned sweet corn
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 Tbl. chilantro chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp. wholegrain mustard
  • 1 Tbl. honey
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

Dry fry corn for 2-3 minutes until golden. Turn into bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Marinate for an hour.
