Garlic Soup
- 12 garlic cloves, peeled
- salt and pepper
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2 c. croutons
- 2/3 c. parsley
Put garlic cloves in pot. Add 6 c. water. Boil 15 min. Remove garlic, crush to powder??? Melt all but 2 tbsp. of butter in a skillet. Saufe? croutons. Break eggs. Add 1 c. of garlic lignick? Beat well. Pour egg mixture into pot, stirring constantly. Add 2 tbsp. butter. Reheat. Do not boil. Pour over croutons. Sprinkle with parshley.
