Moluccan pig
- boneless pork shoulder
- 1 tbsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tbsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (or white sugar)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cracked pepper
- pineapple slices
combine ingredients in bowl (you may need a multiple of this recipe). Cover pork shoulder well, and let stand. Cook at 275 F until internal temperature reaches 135 F. Use toothpicks to attach pineapple slices to outside of roast. Continue to cook until internal temperature reaches 155 F.
