Tom's Best Grilled Chicken Breast
This is the best recipie for grilled chicken I have come up with yet. It is delicious.
#Major Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts (ideally organic, bone in, but must have skin on)
)
- Sage (ideally the flat kind that Andy grows)
)
- Dijon Mustard
- Olive Oil (three parts Dijon to one part oil)

- Very large Pinch Salt
#Minor Ingredients
- Black Peppper
- Oregano
- Parsley
#Directions:
Chiffonade the sage leaves, mince the other herbs. Combine everything except chicken in a large bowl. Add chicken to bowl and coat with mixture. Marinate for 1.5 hours or more, and they are ready to BBQ. The mistard coating will mostly burn off in cooking, leaving only delicious flavour.
