Mitchell Macaroni & Cheese
- 3 1/2c uncooked macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 1/2c milk
- 3c grated cheddar (old is best)
- 1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce (optional)
- 1/2 - 1 lb bacon
Boil macaroni (don’t overcook)
In another pot, melt the butter
Stir the flour into the melted butter and allow a few minutes for it to cook
Add the milk, cheddar, and Worchestershire sauce
In a casserole dish, mix the macaroni with the sauce
Top or mix in the cooked bacon
Bake in oven at 350F for 30-40 min
