Sandra's Mother's Tiramisu
- 5 eggs, separated
- 5 spoons of sugar
- 500 g. mascarpone
- a package of Savoiardi/Pavesini
- 1 spoon of bitter cocoa
- coffee (prepare a few espresso)

Mix the 5 yolks with sugar. Then add mascarpone. Whip 3 egg whites and ?add them carefully.

Pour cold coffee over Savoiardi/Pavesini.

Layering. Put the mixture in the bottom of a tray. Place Savoiardi plunged in coffee on top. Add another layer of mixture. Scatter cocoa powder on top.
Put everything in the freezer or fridge for a few hours. Buon appetito!
