Mom's Potato Salad
Mom’s potato salad recipe is taken from Julia Child (I think French rather than American style)
Boil until cooked through, but overly mushy:
- 1 lb new potatoes
Slice, and add:
- 1/2 c. bouillon or water
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar or apple cider
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
