Boterkoek Recipe
- 1 c. soft butter
- 1 c.sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 c. flour
Cream butter and sugar, then add the egg and almond extract, then the flour. Mix well by hand. Press down into a 8" x 8" pan, or a 9" pie plate, or a springform pan. Brush a bit of milk on top. Bake at 350 C. for 40 minutes.
