Limey Salad Dressing
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp plus 1 1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 tsp lime zest
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp white balsamic vinegar
- pinch of salt
- couple grinds of pepper
