Bavarian Cream (Charlotte's recipe)
Ingredients
1envelope gelatin
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream
Method
Mix gelatin and sugar
Add milk
Cook until gelatin dissolves
Add egg yolks, cook until thick
Whip cream and fold in
Pour into ring mold and chill
Serve with fresh berries
