Focaccia Bread

Ingredients

2 2/3 c. flour (I use a mix of whole wheat and white)

skimpy tsp salt

1 1/3 Tbl yeast

1 1/3 Tbl sugar

1 c. water

2 2/3 Tbl olive oil

Method

Mix flour, salt, and yeast ( I use Cuisinart)

Heat water and oil to luke warm, add to flour mixture. Blend with Cuisinart until a ball forms.

Oil a bowl, put ball of dough in bowl, cover, and let rise. I like to rise it in the sun if possible.

When doubled, put in oiled flat pan 10 X 13 inches or so. Dimple the dough. Add toppings: garlic, onion, olives, tomatoes etc. and salt. Drizzle with oil and let rise again.

Bake at 375 Convection Bake. About 20 minutes.
