- 7 c. oatmeal - - 2/3 c. safflower or sunflower oil - - - 1 c. shredded unsweetened coconut 1 c. raisins - - 1 c. mixed nuts or w/e nuts you want (eg. poppy, sunflower seeds) - ) - 2/3 c. honey - - 1 tsp vanilla Mix oatmeal and coconut. Take safflower/sunflower oil and mix with honey. Heat until all mixed and add vanilla. Pour honey mix over oatmeal. Mix until all coated. Bake at 350° for ½ hour until toasty. Mix ½ way through baking. Add raisins and mix.
