- 1 c. butter - - ½ tsp. vanilla - - 1 c. honey or sugar - - 3 eggs - - 3 ¼ c. flour - - 1 tsp. salt - - 1 tsp. soda - - 1 ½ c. mincemeat - Cream butter and beat in vanilla, honey and eggs. Mix flour, salt, soda; add to creamed mixture. Add mincemeat. Bake at 350° F for 8-10 minutes.
