Curried Chicken
- 1 barbequed chicken or part of a barbequed chicken or leftover chicken or a few broiled chicken breasts
- 1 ½ times white sauce recipe ie. 1 ½ c. milk etc. (see “white sauce”)
- 2 tsp curry or to taste
- 1 c. frozen peas or other vegetables
Cut chicken into small pieces. Simmer in white sauce. Add curry or to taste. Stir in frozen peas/other vegetables. Simmer for 5 min. or until everything is hot.
