Mustard Chicken Drumsticks
- enough Dijon mustard to coat each drumstick
- 1 egg, beaten
- breadcrumbs
- Coat drumsticks in mustard (about 1 tsp per drumstick).
Dip drumstick in egg. Roll in breadcrumbs. Bake at 325º in an oiled pan for 1 hour. At half an hour turn the drumsticks over.
