Oma Mayonnaise
- 2 pickles
- dollop of mayonnaise
- handful of fresh parsley and/or fresh oregano
- ¼ to ½ tsp of Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. capers
- Optional: 1 chopped anchovy or anchovy paste
- Optional: basil
Put pickles and herbs in Cuisinart or chop up small. Add mayonnaise, mustard, anchovy and mix. Add capers but don’t mush them up in the Cuisinart.
