Hamburgers
- 1 lb hamburger meat

- 2 tbsp. bread crumbs

- 1 egg

- Pinch salt

- ½ red onion

- 1 tsp. dried basil
Grind onion with egg in blender. Mix with meat, bread crumbs, salt, basil. Make the meat into hamburger patties. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, paprika to taste on both sides of patties. Broil for about 5 min, then flip patties and broil another 5 minutes. See “broiling.” Serves 4. Serve with hamburger buns toasted in oven.
