Sushi Rice
- 2 c. sushi rice
-
- 2 ½1/4 c. water
Put or according to sushi rice package instructions (last time used 3 c. water but it was a little mushy)
- ~ 5-6 tbsp. seasoning per 2 c. rice or according to instructions
Wash sushi rice, let sit, and cook in potrice cooker. Mix in seasoning with rice paddle whilst fanning. Make sushi.
2 c. uncooked rice + 3 c. water andmakes hope7 for the best. Makes about 3 sushi rolls.
