- 6 slices French bread - - 2 tbsp. oil - - 2 cloves garlic Mix butter, oil, garlic. Soak bread in mixture, cut into croutons and bake at 350° F. for 15 min. (or, buy croutons) ) Dressing (or, use Nicole’s Salad Dressing) ) - 2/3 c. oil - ¼ c. lemon juice - 1 egg coddled 10 sec. in boiling water - ½ tsp. salt Cut Romaine lettuce, add salt & pepper, toss w. croutons, parmesan & dressing.
