Bulgar Pilaf
pasta/grain pilaf rice
- a little oil - small onion or 1/2 onion (about 1/4 c. chopped) - garlic - 1/2 c. chopped celery - 1 c. bulgar - 2 c. chicken stock Fry onion, celery garlic in oil. Add bulgar, coat with oil. Add chicken stock. Boil, then simmer 15 mins.
