Whiskey or Brandy Sauce
- 6 Tbl butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. whiskey or brandy
- 1 egg
Melt butter. Whisk eggsegg and sugar together. Whisk eggsegg mixture into butter. Cook and stir on low heat until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in whiskey or brandy.
