Sourdough No Knead Bread

Ingredients - 1 cup (5 oz.) whole wheat flour - 2 1/2 cups (11 oz.) white bread flour - 1 1/2 tsp. salt - 1 1/2 cups purified water - 1/4 cups (11 oz.) white bread flour - 1 1/2 tsp. salt - 1 1/2 cups purified water - 1/2 cup starter Method. Mix ingredients. Allow to rise for 14-18 hours. Add 1/4 flour and mix in. Allow to rest 15 minutes. Pour into a clay baker or Dutch oven in which you have sprinkled some cornstarch. Allow to rise 2 hours. Bake at 450 for 1/2 hr. Remove lid. Bake another 15 minutes. Enjoy!
