Mix ingredients. Allow to rise for 14-18 hours. Allow to rise for 14-18 hours. Add 1/4 c. flour and mix in. Allow to rest 15 minutes. Pour into a clay baker or Dutch oven in which you have sprinkled some corn meal. Allow to rise 2 hours. Bake at 450 for 1/2 hr. Allow to rest 15 minutes.
