Pumpkin Streusel Muffins
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<p>1.5 c flour</p>
<p>1 tsp baking soda</p>
<p>.5 tsp baking powder</p>
<p>I tsp cinnamon</p>
<p>.25 tsp cloves</p>
<p>.5 tsp ginger</p>
<p>.5 tsp nutmeg</p>
<p>.5 tsp cloves</p>
<1 c. pumpkin puree</p>
<p>.5 c sugar</p>
<p>2 eggs</p>
<p>.5 c canola oil Or sunflower, safflower.</p>

<p><strong>Topping</strong></p>
<p>.5 c flour</p>
<p>Skimpy 1/3 c. brown sugar</p>
<p>.5 tsp cinnamon</p>
<p>.25 C. butter</p>
<p>Sprinkle of crumbled walnuts</p>
<p><strong>Method</strong></p>
<p>Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet inredients. Add to dry. Gently mix. Strew on the streusel. (I thought this amount of streusel would do for two batches, so use your judgement.) This makes one batch of 12 muffins. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. </p>
